Users on old versions of WordPress (prior to 2.8):
The widgets now use AuthSub to authenticate with Google, and unfortunately WordPress 2.7 has an issue in its HTTP API related to secure connections, thus preventing Google Analyticator from properly authenticating with Google. To remedy the problem we have disabled the new widgets and authentication under 2.7. If you're looking to take advantage of the new features, be sure to upgrade to WordPress 2.8.

IMPORTANT!! This is relevant only for versions of Google Analyticator earlier than 5.0. We have changed the way the widget worked in Google Analyticator 5.0+ and this should no longer be an issue. If you would like to use the widget, please upgrade to the latest version.

We have disabled the ability to use the stats widget if your server has cURL disabled.
