This is normal. Unlike some other plugins, Google Analytictor does not actually write Google's external link tracking code to the physical link tags. Instead, Google Analyticator relies on a Javascript method that dynamically adds the tracking link when a user clicks on the link. The link is tracked the same way as having the code physically there. This allows Google Analyticator to track all links on your page, not just the ones WordPress manages.
