We try to provide as much support as possible for our plugins. Unfortunately however, since this is something we do in our spare time to give back to the WordPress and PHP communities, we can only provide a certain amount of support. The only free support we provide is through this forum. We may however not be able to respond to something very quickly. We are hoping the community will be able to use this forum to help each other out, rather than us always have to provide support to the user.

We will not be able to provide free support for specific configuration problems or tweaks to the plugin that are specifically related to your needs.
